How to Live So You Can Die Without Fear: Fall Book Club with RamDev Dale Borglum

November 10 @ 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm PST
Free

About this event

Whether you are caring for someone who is seriously ill, facing a life-limiting diagnosis, grieving a loss, or simply seeking a deeper spiritual life, this book offers a compassionate guide to living with greater presence, courage, and love.

Drawing from a lifetime of spiritual practice and service, RamDev weaves together personal stories with practical teachings that integrate Western psychology, somatic healing, meditation, the chakra system, devotional practice, and wisdom from multiple spiritual traditions. Along the way, he invites us to meet fear with compassion, heal old wounds, embrace grief as a gateway to deeper love, and discover the wholeness that remains beneath the changing circumstances of life.

Over four weekly sessions, RamDev will explore the book’s core teachings through reflections, guided practices, and lively discussion. Together, we’ll discover how learning to live fully allows us to meet death, whenever it comes, with greater peace, freedom, and love.

Required Text: How to Live So You Can Die Without Fear (available for purchase here)

Participants are encouraged to read each week’s assigned chapters in advance, creating a rich and engaging conversation with RamDev and fellow readers. More details will be provided closer to our first gathering.
