Memory Disorders Caregiver Support Group (Presented by Stanford Neuroscience Health Center)

The group focuses on peer support, sharing information, and finding resources for caregivers of people with Mild Cognitive Impairment, Alzheimer’s disease, Lewy Body disease, frontotemporal dementia (FTD), and other forms of neurocognitive decline. Although dementia can involve end-of-life care, this event description does not specifically address death, dying, hospice, palliative care, or bereavement.
