Death Cafe @ Ashby Village

The Ashby Village Death Café is a welcoming drop-in space for open, respectful conversation about death and dying. These gatherings invite people to share their thoughts, feelings, questions, experiences, and concerns, or simply listen in a supportive and confidential environment over tea and snacks. Unlike a grief support group or workshop, Death Café has no set agenda or topic. Conversations are spontaneous and unfold naturally based on what participants share, facilitated by experienced death doulas and educators. The purpose of the Death Café movement is to help people become more comfortable discussing death and dying and to explore end-of-life concerns for themselves and their loved ones. All are welcome.
