Beyond Bedside: A MAID Panel Discussion for End-of-Life Doulas

Now authorized in 14 jurisdictions across the country, more end-of-life doulas than ever are being asked about medical aid in dying. Whether they are invited to speak at a public event, or asked to support a potential client, there are many logistical, ethical, and emotional questions for death workers to consider.

We invite end-of-life doulas from across the country to join us for this panel session featuring three experienced professionals who support medical aid in dying. During our time together, panelists will share stories, insight and knowledge for doulas at all levels – whether you are interested in learning more to offer accurate community education, considering how to incorporate medical aid in dying into your work, or preparing for it to be authorized where you live.

Please leave questions you have for panelists in advance and share a little information about your work, so we can customize the event for our audience members.
